Open Positions

We are actively hiring across several roles in South Florida. Each position offers competitive pay, a strong safety culture, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced crews in the region.

At DMSI, our laborers are the backbone of every job site. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn the trade from the ground up, this is where your career in construction begins.

What we're looking for: Strong work ethic, ability to work outdoors in all conditions, willingness to follow safety protocols, and a team-first attitude. Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.

Pipe layers at DMSI are skilled tradespeople who take ownership of the work that keeps South Florida's water and sewer systems running. You'll be responsible for the installation of potable water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater pipelines — reading grades, setting alignments, and ensuring every joint is done right. This is precision work, and we trust our pipe layers to get it right the first time.

What we're looking for: Underground utility construction, ability to read and interpret construction plans, knowledge of pipe materials and installation methods, and a commitment to quality and safety on every job.

Our equipment operators are the ones who make the big moves happen. At DMSI, operators run excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment on complex urban job sites throughout South Florida. You'll be working in tight conditions where precision matters — protecting existing utilities, supporting your crew, and keeping the job moving on schedule.

What we're looking for: Individuals operating heavy construction equipment, ability to work safely in congested urban environments, strong situational awareness, and a steady hand under pressure. OSHA certification and relevant licenses preferred.

DMSI Project Managers are the ones who keep everything — schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships — running smoothly from start to finish. You'll oversee underground utility projects ranging from neighborhood distribution lines to large-scale municipal infrastructure, coordinating directly with clients, engineers, inspectors, and field crews. We've built our reputation on delivering projects on time and on budget, and our PMs are a big reason why.

What we're looking for:

Civil construction project management, strong knowledge of potable water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software and contract administration required.

DMSI is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Truck Driver to join our team in support of construction and infrastructure projects throughout the South Florida region. The CDL Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of construction materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. This role requires strict adherence to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards.
