Analyze project costs and prepare estimates for civil construction projects.

Oversee project operations and ensure completion within budget and timeline.

Lead teams in the construction and maintenance of utility systems.
 
Skilled tradespeople who lay pipes for water mains, storm drains, and sanitation sewers.
 

Uses heavy machinery to move, lift, and place materials and equipment.

Perform general labor tasks that require skill and training.

Uses specialized tools and configurations to drill wells at multiple angles rather than just vertically.
